Local Life: Seaquest Aquarium Experience - Veteran's Day 2017

Living in Las Vegas there is so much we get at our disposal. What's even better is experiencing something for the first time that ties to giving back to community organizations such as the Armed Forces Chamber of Commerce to honor our Veterans.

On Friday, November 10, 2017 in observance of Veteran's Day we ventured off to the Seaquest Aquarium to experience the interactive aquarium with a group of other mom bloggers living in the community.   One of the local Youtube mom bloggers known as MamaLovee had hosted this event along with generous community sponsors. Prior to experiencing the aquarium we took part in a small reception to hear more information about the Armed Forces Chamber of Commerce and Seaquest!

OUR INTERACTIVE EXPERIENCE:

There was so much to see, touch, feed and do while there.  You could see anything from sting rays, sharks, turtles and more! The aquarium had specific sections that were broken off into separate rooms where you can feed sting rays in one room, which then flowed directly into another room where saw vibrant birds. The experience really catered to all ages! Of course, as you reach the exit you are led into the gift shop where you pick up some Seaquest memorabilia.

The unique thing about the Seaquest Aquarium is its prime location! Situated inside the Boulevard Mall we had access to shop, walk around and see some other new family-friendly places new to the area.

If you are ever in Las Vegas area or even a local suggest this family friendly venue the next time your in the area.

Watch some highlights from our day at Seaquest!
