Inspired by Fat, Sick and Nearly Dead Documentary
Hi Everyone,
I recently purchased a Breville juicer to start my fast. Inspired by the documentary Fat, Sick and Nearly Dead has allowed me to take a hard look at how I live. Into Day 2 of my fast I'm starting to see a difference in how I feel and think. My mind appears to be much clearer. I hope as a result of this juicing lifestyle I'll begin to see changes in my body starting with inside, then out.
